The True Cost of Unprocessed Emotions

The body is an incredible ally, always working to help us maintain our centre. When we push aside our emotions, they store within us, shaping how we feel, think, and respond to life.

That built-up tension can leave us feeling restless, on edge, or disconnected from ourselves and others. It can show up as exhaustion that sleep can’t seem to fix, tightness in the body, or a sense of being easily overwhelmed by things that once felt manageable.

Emotional energy is meant to move through us, not stay stuck. When we learn to support this natural process that our body already knows how to do, we don’t just feel lighter, we experience life with more ease, clarity, and resilience.

This Monday 3rd March at 7am (AEDT), I’ll be going live on instagram, guiding a brief Somatic Sensing Drop-In. 

This will be gentle and safe space to arrive in your body, and to connect with your authentic state of being with full presence, awareness and acceptance. 

If possible, dedicate just 15min to yourself on Monday morning, and start the month of March with intention. Set a reminder and put it in your calendar. Allow yourself a moment in time to pause, to reconnect, and to begin the week with more self-awareness, regulation, and ease.
