I’m Natalie - A Registered Psychologist, DJ, Mother, Writer, Adventurer, Creative, and the founder of Innate Wisdom and Becoming an Anchored Woman.
I’m a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting women through the seasons of change that reshape who we are.
My work blends somatic sensing, neuroscience, and spiritual depth into a grounded psychological approach to help women return to themselves and feel safe in who they are.
Beyond my professional work, I’m a woman who has moved through my own transitions ~ motherhood, identity shifts, expansion, and the moments that stretch us into a new version of ourselves.
I understand what it feels like to lose parts of yourself, and the courage it takes to come back home. This is why I do what I do. My intention is simple: to help women feel anchored, regulated, and deeply connected to their truth.
