Pendulation

Somatic Sensing Practice

With Psychologist ~ Natalie Clark

Gently oscillating your attention between physical sensations of discomfort and a neutral sensation. By swinging back and forth like a pendulum, your nervous system learns to process discomfort in manageable waves, learning that discomfort can arise and you can return to safety. This practice restores a natural rhythm of regulation.

This practice, along with many others, is included in the online portal for the Anchored Woman Immersion ~ a 6 week therapeutic group immersion for women stuck in nervous system survival habits such as people pleasing, difficulties with setting boundaries, keeping the peace, and an inability to express your thoughts, feelings, needs and wants.

The immersion includes a total of 9 hours of specialised group psychology sessions:

~ 6 x Weekly 90-min group sessions working through the Anchored Woman Immersion content
~ 24/7 Access to a private membership library with guided videos and practices to support your journey between sessions
~ Access to online course: Introduction to Somatic Sensing
~ A bespoke nurturing ritual kit
~ A personalised workbook and journal
~ Weekly email touch points with me to ensure you are feeling supported
